How long does it take to ship my order?

At Two Acre Farm, we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible! Everything here is made by us and it may take up to 4 weeks to fulfill your order (if a new batch of soap needs to be made for large orders). You can expect it to take 3-5 days during normal times and you will receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment once it has been shipped. Shipping takes 2-10 business days depending on how far away you are from our lovely little farm.

How does Two Acre Farm handle packaging materials? 

We make an effort to reduce the amount of packaging we use and we are committed to ship plastic free, with the exception of the odd piece of plastic tape stuck to a reused box. 

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes. we offer shipping to the USA. If you are not in the USA or Canada, and would like to place an order, please contact us. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us.  If everything is great, please leave us a 5 Star Facebook and Google review.  There is no better way you can help our small company grow! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, please get in touch with us at karen@twoacrefarm.ca so that we can make it right.  There is no better way to help us continually improve. We strive to have the best service possible, but we are human and sometimes mistakes are made.  It is our solemn promise to go above and beyond to fix the problem should it occur.
